- Cut the beef ribs into convenient pieces.
- Cooking marinade. Cloves and cumin need to be crushed. Mix all ingredients for the marinade: red wine, soy sauce, cumin, cloves, cinnamon, teriyaki sauce, a mixture of peppers and sugar.
- Coat beef ribs with marinade on all sides and leave them in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Preferably during this time turn over the ribs a couple of times to uniformly soak the marinade.
- After 12 hours, we heat the oven to 160 degrees, cover the baking sheet with foil and lay the ribs on it in the marinade. Bake for about 2-2.5 hours. In the process of baking several times turn the ribs. The meat should be easily separated from the bone – here readiness indicator.
- Then set the oven temperature to 220 degrees (if in your the oven has a convection mode, you need to turn it on) and bake meat for another 15 minutes. The liquid should completely evaporate, and the marinade on meat – turn into icing.
- Peel potatoes and cut in half.
- Take two tablespoons of olive oil, add to it salt and olive herbs, mix. Picking potatoes on a fork and dip in this mixture. This, when baked, will give it a rosy appearance.
- After that, put the potatoes on the second baking sheet and put in bake the oven at the same time with ribs for 30-40 minutes.
