Baked Beans with Vegetables

Tasty vegetarian lunch. However, to cook it at home it will take some time, because first you need 2 hours boil the beans, and then bake the dish for 1.5 hours in the oven. But all But it’s worth trying to make such beans at least once.

  1. Soak the beans in plenty of water for 8 hours. Merge water, wash the beans, pour into a saucepan and cook for 2 hours. Solim in the very end of cooking. Discard the finished beans in a colander.
  2. Onion cut into half rings.
  3. Finely chop the tomatoes. Three carrots on a coarse grater.
  4. Fry the onion until golden brown, add the carrots and fry 4 minutes. Then add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar, mix and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Put the beans in a deep bowl, mix with vegetables and add juice from tomato. Cover and send to 1.5 hours in the oven at 200 degrees. Enjoy your meal!
