  1. In warm (NOT HOT !!!) kefir add sugar, salt and yeast. Mix.
  2. Add the egg and melted butter. Mix.
  3. Pour the sifted flour in parts and knead the dough. Leave it should be in a warm place for about 2 hours.
  4. We are cheating. And we put it on for 40-60 minutes.

  6. Each roll into a very conditional rectangle. Spread jam. Close the pocket with jam and crush the edge well. Do incisions on the free edge of the dough, stepping back cm from the edge. Wrap up bagel, slightly bend and spread on a baking sheet at the shooting apart from each other.
  7. Leave under the towel for 20 minutes.
  8. Grease with a beaten egg.
  9. Bake in an ADVANCED HEATED oven for 15-20 minutes at 200C (look in appearance).
