  1. Let’s make a dough. Add sugar, yeast and warm to the flour milk. Mix well so that there are no lumps and leave on 15 minutes.
  2. We make saffron. I had a pack of 12 g, I filled it with 1 tbsp boiling water.
  3. Prepare the filling. We twist the nuts in a meat grinder, or in blender. Add sugar, mix well.
  4. Making syrup. Add water to sugar, put on fire, bring to a boil and wait for the complete dissolution of sugar. Leave cool off.
  5. We start the dough. Pour oil into a cup (there isn’t much difference vegetable or creamy), add salt, milk, dough, then sift the flour. Leave the dough for 30 minutes.
  6. By this time, the syrup has cooled slightly, add to it saffron water, about 8 tsp. , leave to cool further.
  7. We interrupt the dough a little. Divide it into 14 identical parts. Then we take four balls and connect them two at a time, these will be the top and bottom. A total of 12 balls.
  8. Lubricate the form with butter.
  9. Melt 200 g of butter, this is for lubrication.
  10. Take the ball, for the bottom and roll it to your diameter forms. We lay on the bottom so that it goes a little to the edges. Grease melted butter. Sprinkle with nuts.
  11. Now alternate further to the ball for the top. Roll out the formation stack it, squeeze the edges a little so that the dough is not twisted. Lubricate with oil. Sprinkle with nuts and so on.
  12. Take the top last double ball. We roll it a little more diameter. We stack and fill the edges.
  13. Cut into pieces.
  14. Lubricate with yolk with saffron water (remove the top from the yolk dry layer, add 1 tbsp. saffron water).
  15. We spread nuts on top.
  16. Melt 100 g of butter. And pour this oil baklava. Rotate the mold a little to get the oil everywhere.
  17. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until golden colors.
  18. We take it out of the oven and pour it in syrup.
  19. Leave to cool completely. Once again, cut into pieces.
