Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 – 1.2 kg. fish fillet (cod or halibut)
- 1 jalapeno pepper, remove seeds and cut into strips
- 1 red bell pepper
- 5 green onion feathers, cut into large studs
- 1 root (5 cm.) Ginger, peel and chop finely straws
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
- 2 tbsp. l soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. l cold pressed walnut oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, chop
- 1/2 tsp Sahara
- Boiled long grain rice, for garnish

Recipe preparation:
- Salt the fish: rinse the fish fillet under cold water and wipe dry. Grate fish 1 tsp. salt, and a little pepper.
