Ingredients for the recipe:
- Two cans (420 gr.) Canned pureed tomato
- 1 – 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 tbsp. l crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 to 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 small or medium chopped onion
- 1/2 tbsp. white wine (or chicken stock)
- 2 tbsp. l italian seasoning
- Pinch of sugar

Recipe preparation:
- Pour a tablespoon of olive oil into a hot pan, heated to a moderate heat, add pepper flakes, garlic and onions and mix. Add wine (or chicken stock). Cook by stirring until the liquid is half full.
- Add chopped tomatoes and Italian seasoning and mix. Add a pinch of sugar, a little salt and pepper over to taste. Reduce heat to low and simmer arrabiata sauce in 30 min. Cool, then divide into 4 packets for freezer and freeze the sauce for the future.
