Share with друзьями: Photo Arrabiata Sauce Time: 40 мин.Difficulty: easy Servings: 6 Measured containers are used in recipes volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • Two cans (420 gr.) Canned pureed tomato
  • 1 – 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. l crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 to 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 small or medium chopped onion
  • 1/2 tbsp. white wine (or chicken stock)
  • 2 tbsp. l italian seasoning
  • Pinch of sugar

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour a tablespoon of olive oil into a hot pan, heated to a moderate heat, add pepper flakes, garlic and onions and mix. Add wine (or chicken stock). Cook by stirring until the liquid is half full.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and Italian seasoning and mix. Add a pinch of sugar, a little salt and pepper over to taste. Reduce heat to low and simmer arrabiata sauce in 30 min. Cool, then divide into 4 packets for freezer and freeze the sauce for the future.
