- Mix the eggs well with sugar, add honey and melted butter.

- For cream, mix eggs with sugar well.

- Cook the cream until thickened (10-15 minutes). Should thicken almost immediately after boiling.
- As it thickens, turn it off immediately. And completely cool.
- Whip the soft butter with a mixer until white.
- Gradually, one tablespoon add cream to the oil and whisk. So until we interfere with the whole cream.
- We coat all cakes with sides with this cream. We clean in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- We take out the cake, cover with icing and decorate by desire.
