  1. Mix the eggs well with sugar, add honey and melted butter.

  3. Then add baking powder and flour (the amount may change, you need to focus on consistency).
  4. The dough should turn out plastic and not stick to your hands. Divide into 6 parts.
  5. Roll out each piece in a circle on parchment or rug for baking. Trim with a shape or plate with a diameter of 22 cm.
  6. Bake each cake in a preheated 180º oven for 15 minutes.
  7. For cream, mix eggs with sugar well.
  8. Add milk and put on the smallest the fire.
  9. The cream must be constantly stirred throughout boiling so that the eggs do not curl.
  10. Cook the cream until thickened (10-15 minutes). Should thicken almost immediately after boiling.
  11. As it thickens, turn it off immediately. And completely cool.
  12. Whip the soft butter with a mixer until white.
  13. Gradually, one tablespoon add cream to the oil and whisk. So until we interfere with the whole cream.
  14. We coat all cakes with sides with this cream. We clean in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  15. We take out the cake, cover with icing and decorate by desire.
  16. We leave in the refrigerator all night to soaked.
