  1. We put margarine in milk and heat it in a microwave or on fire. We pour yeast into a warm liquid (the liquid should not be warmer than 60 degrees!). Leave for 10-15 minutes. During this time should a “cap” of foam appears, so the yeast is good.
  2. Then add flour, sugar and salt to the liquid mixture. Knead the dough and put it under a towel to approach for an hour.
  3. During this time, you can prepare apples. Wash the apples thoroughly, remove the core, peel if desired. We cut in small cubes.
  4. Add almond petals to the apple slices, raisins, pour lemon juice and warm confiture. Mix evenly.
