- Wrap peeled apple slices in foil, put in a mold for bake, put in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees on half an hour.
- Rub the cooled baked apples through a sieve.
- Put the resulting applesauce in a pan, pour 300 ml cold water, 100 g granulated sugar, bring to a boil.
- Gradually pour semolina, stirring. Cook until thicken, remove from heat.
- Beat the chilled mixture.
- For a biscuit, beat the cooled egg with 50 g of sugar, add cinnamon, beat, pour flour, continuing to beat.
- Pour the dough into a greased form, remove in a preliminary preheated oven to 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
- Cut circles from a cooled biscuit.
- Put a circle of biscuit on the bottom of the serving bowl, on top – whipped mousse, refrigerate for two hours.
Sprinkle the finished mousse with cinnamon, garnish with a sheet of mint.
