- Peel apples and seeds, cut into small slices.
- Melt butter in a pan. Strain apples 8-10 minutes, then add 50 gr. sugar and cinnamon.
- Beat the eggs with a whisk, add soda on the tip of the knife, cinnamon, 200 gr. sugar, flour and kefir.
- Mix the dough with a mixer at minimum speed. The dough should get a little thicker than the pancakes.
- Grease the silicone mold with butter. Spread apples and pour the dough on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Enjoy your meal!
