Homemade apple and potato casserole, tasty and tender portioned dish prepared with egg and milk filling under flavored cheese cap. Reference. Buttermilk (buttermilk) – nonfat cream or whey, a by-product from production of butter from cow’s milk.

- Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into circles in the shape of 0.2 cm
- My apples, remove the core, clean the skin, cut into in the same circles as potatoes.
- Three cheese on a grater.
- We heat the oven to 180 degrees. Oil the mold for baking.
- Beat eggs with buttermilk, add pepper and salt to taste.
- Pour a small amount of the mixture into a baking dish.
- Next, lay out 2-3 slices of potatoes in a layer, then 2-3 slices of apples, top with a mixture of eggs and buttermilk. Fill in 2/3 form, also alternating layers.
- We mix cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese and a mixture of eggs and buttermilk, pour into the mold as the last layer.
- Bake in the oven until golden brown for 45 minutes at temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
- Serve a delicious casserole to the table.
