  1. Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into circles in the shape of 0.2 cm
  2. My apples, remove the core, clean the skin, cut into in the same circles as potatoes.
  3. Three cheese on a grater.
  4. We heat the oven to 180 degrees. Oil the mold for baking.
  5. Beat eggs with buttermilk, add pepper and salt to taste.
  6. Pour a small amount of the mixture into a baking dish.
  7. Next, lay out 2-3 slices of potatoes in a layer, then 2-3 slices of apples, top with a mixture of eggs and buttermilk. Fill in 2/3 form, also alternating layers.
  8. We mix cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese and a mixture of eggs and buttermilk, pour into the mold as the last layer.
  9. Bake in the oven until golden brown for 45 minutes at temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
  10. Serve a delicious casserole to the table.
