This is a very simple and tasty casserole. Children especially like it. It is better to take small noodles for cooking at home, and apples – sweet and sour. For flavor, you can add vanilla.

- Grate the carrots. Fry on vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Boil the noodles in salted water until al dente. Not digest! Discard in a colander, drain all the water.
- Grate apples.
- Put the noodles in a large bowl. Add butter, sugar, eggs. Mix well. Add apples and carrots. Again mix gently.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a heat-resistant mold butter. Spread pasta. Bake in the oven 40-45 minutes.
