Antipasti de Salumi

Antipasti in Italian cuisine – this is what brightens up the expectation dinner. On a large platter, various small snacks are served, which are often combined to taste. One of these types snacks – antipasti di salumi. The word salumi in Italian sausages and deli meats are indicated. To collect such a plate, thinly cut different types of Italian delicacies: prosciutto, bresaola, mortadella, co-compressata. Add some to them cheese. If you are preparing a Christmas plate, then cheese can cut Christmas trees and stars. You can also diversify the meat plate balls of juicy melon. Unusual, tasty, and beautiful.

Photo of Antipasti de Salumi Time:20 minutes. Difficulty: easy Servings: 12 The recipes use dimensional capacity: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cups (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teahouse spoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

Antipasti

  • 16 slices of prosciutto di Parma or prosciutto San Daniele
  • 16 slices of bresaola with butter, lemon and parmesan, see recipe. below
  • 16 slices of imported mortadella
  • 16 slices of imported co-resist
  • 100 gr. thin slices of fountain cheese, cut figures from them christmas trees
  • 150 gr. mozzarella chopped into slices 0.5 cm thick., cut stars out of them
  • 1 cantaloupe melon, for serving
  • 1 cantaloupe, for feeding

Bresaola with butter, lemon and parmesan

  • 150 gr. imported bresaola, finely chopped
  • 1/4 Art. olive oil
  • Juice 1 large lemon
  • 30 gr Parmesan, finely grated

Recipes with similar ingredients: prosciutto, co-compressa, sausage mortadella, beef jerky, parmesan cheese, fontina cheese, cheese mozzarella, cantaloupe melon

Recipe preparation:

  1. Lay out all the ingredients beautifully on a platter.
  2. Bresaola with butter, lemon and parmesan

    Spread the bresaola slices on a serving platter or on a serving plates. Sprinkle with lemon juice, olive oil and sprinkle ground black pepper and grated parmesan.
