  1. Grind flour with butter.
  2. Add sour cream.
  3. Separate the squirrels from the yolks.
  4. Add the yolks and soda to the dough, mix the dough. Clean in fridge.
  5. Mix the proteins with the sugar mixer into the foam.
  6. Add almond flour or grated almonds.
  7. To mix.
  8. Divide the dough into 5 parts. Roll each one thinly.
  9. Put the dough on paper in a baking dish.
  10. Put the first sheet of dough, grease with filling. Then the second sheet dough and again grease the filling. And so alternate.
  11. The last sheet without filling.
  12. Smooth the baklava, divide the knife into pieces. To the center of each slices put almonds.
  13. Put the baklava in a preheated oven to 200 gr for 20-25 minutes, then get and pour in syrup and send back to the oven for 5-7 minutes for the baklava to brown and the syrup to dry.
