- Beat eggs a little, add flour, 200 ml. water, salt and knead the cool dough.
- Sprinkle the table with flour, spread the dough and divide it into 8 parts. One part should be larger than the rest. Every part roll into a ball and leave for 15 minutes.
- Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Big ball roll out the baking sheet to size, pour over melted creamy oil and grease well.
- Roll the other 7 balls finely and lower them into boiling water for 2 minutes. Then we shift them into a bowl of cold water. Cooled down cakes are thrown back into a colander.
- On a coarse grater, rub the cheese, mix with sour cream and half the remaining butter.
- On a baking sheet with a dough, put a stack of 3 boiled cakes, greasing each of them with oil. Spread half the filling. Then we put 3 more layers of dough, spreading them with oil and spread the remaining cheese filling. Bend the edges of the raw dough and cover remaining cake.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake 20-25 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
