  1. Break two eggs into a bowl, add araka, sugar and salt. Araku can be replaced with strong table wine or brandy.

  2. Stir in the flour and knead the dough. Give him a rest in half an hour.

  3. Separate the dough into six balls. From each of them make flat cake using rolling pin. Cut it into thin strips. Divide each strip into two parts.

  4. Heat the oil in a bowl with high edges. Spread there part of the strips, fry in boiling oil until golden brown.

  5. Ready dessert should be rid of excess oil by laying out on napkins or colander. Sprinkle the finished dish with powdered sugar.
