As promised, I cooked hummus from chickpeas at home. It turned out very yummy. And which chickpeas are useful, you know? It’s just a fount trace elements and perfect bju. Hummus can be consumed and vegetarians and fasting and eating right.

  1. Soak the chickpeas overnight in cold water.
  2. Salt and boil until tender. Look at chickpeas, time soaking and according to the instructions, but I cooked for 20 minutes.
  3. Pour sesame seeds into a blender. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Beat in a paste.
  4. Beat the boiled chickpeas with the addition of chickpea broth. Use broth to adjust consistency. I like more creamy added about 300-400 ml.
  5. Add spices, garlic, lemon juice, salt to taste. Mix.
  6. Serve hummus with bread, toast, watering with olive oil. I I can eat it like that.
