Zucchini rolls with goat cheese

Young zucchini and zucchini are rich in vitamins and healthy trace elements, so they are even recommended to eat raw. Out thinly chopped raw zucchini, can be prepared, light, healthy and delicious appetizer rolls. For the filling, take a mixture of goat and cream cheese, mix with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, herbs and garlic. Roll rolls with filling, arrange them beautifully on the dish and serve.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 120 gr. cream cheese
  • 120 gr. goat cheese
  • 0.5 tbsp. chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 0.5 tbsp. frozen chopped spinach, thaw and wring out
  • 8 fresh chopped basil leaves
  • 1 clove of chopped garlic
  • 2 long zucchini thinly sliced along

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, use a fork to mash the creamy and goat cheese, mix. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, basil and garlic. Salt and pepper.
  2. To collect the rolls, lay out and spread 1 tsp. with a slide cheese mixture for each slice of zucchini. From one end twist the zucchini to the other end. Put the rolls upright on the tray.
