  1. Grate zucchini, salt and leave for 10 minutes, so they released juice. If the zucchini is old, then peel them and seed.
  2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the dill.
  3. Break the eggs into a deep bowl, salt with pepper and lightly whisk.
  4. Add herbs, garlic, mix.
  5. Add cheese and mix again.
  6. We squeeze zucchini from excess fluid, add them to our mixture, add flour and mix well again.
  7. Fry in a preheated pan in vegetable oil on medium fire until golden brown on both sides. Spread ready pancakes on a paper towel or napkin to drain excess oil.
