- Grate zucchini, salt and leave for 10 minutes, so they released juice. If the zucchini is old, then peel them and seed.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the dill.
- Break the eggs into a deep bowl, salt with pepper and lightly whisk.
- Add herbs, garlic, mix.
- Add cheese and mix again.
- We squeeze zucchini from excess fluid, add them to our mixture, add flour and mix well again.
- Fry in a preheated pan in vegetable oil on medium fire until golden brown on both sides. Spread ready pancakes on a paper towel or napkin to drain excess oil.
