- Scalp the lemon with boiling water, rub its zest in a container with pulp of zucchini.
- Squeeze lemon juice manually or using a juicer.
- Pour the resulting juice into zucchini, add sugar and how should be mixed.
- We spread the resulting mass, put it in a container and put on the fire. Stew on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Then turn off the fire and let the mixture cool for 20 minutes.
- Turn on the fire again and warm the mixture for another 5-10 minutes, then again cool. Repeat this procedure 2 more times.
