- To make such pancakes, you need a zucchini, a couple of eggs, a little flour, sunflower oil and salt. To enhance taste, you can add a little ground cinnamon and pepper.
- Peel the zucchini, cut it into circles up to 6-7 mm. Put on a slow fire in a pan, add sunflower oil. Break the egg into a bowl, add salt, with pepper and a pinch of chickpeas. Shake until homogeneity. Dip the circles from the zucchini into the egg and roll in flour. Fry on both sides for 3 minutes in preheated sunflower oil.
- Cool the fried pancakes a bit and serve with milk or tea.
