- Zucchini clean. We rub on a coarse grater. Good wring out.
- Add eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper, dill. Mix.
- Add the flour. Mix.
- Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes each side.
- I love to serve them with sour cream sauce (sour cream, garlic, dill).
