For marinade:

  • Wine vinegar and your favorite sauce 1: 1
  • Olive oil
  • Paprika
  • Ground black pepper
  • Garlic clove

Recipe preparation:

  1. For marinade: mix wine vinegar and sauce, add a little olive oil, paprika, pepper and crushed clove of garlic.

  3. Chop the onions in half rings, crush the garlic, mix the mayonnaise and ketchup, add basil.
  4. Cut the cheese into thin slices, smaller than slices of zucchini. Put the zucchini circles in a mold, grate each crushed garlic, pepper, top with a little onion and 10 grams of tomato-mayonnaise mixture, cover with a slice of cheese. For 20 min before serving put in the oven at 210 ° C. Serve appetizer on lettuce leaves.
