  1. We wash and clean the vegetables. We cut potatoes in circles, carrots – on several pieces, onions – in small cubes. My mushrooms, finely we chop.
  2. Boil potatoes with carrots in a pan with water. For this first, wait until the water boils, and then turn down the fire and we will cook for about an hour, so that the carrots also have time to boil.
  3. Pour a little oil into the pan, heat and spread in her mushrooms and onions. Fry everything until onion soft, do not fry it. Salt, pepper, add garlic powder. We must drain excess liquid so that the zrazy does not falling apart.
  4. After an hour of cooking, drain all the liquid from the vegetables, salt and mashed pusher. Potato and carrot dough is obtained dry and slightly crumbly. We wait while it is a little cool down.
  5. Sift the flour. We spread potato and carrot dough on sprinkled with flour the working surface, gradually add the flour, knead the dough (the dough should be elastic and smooth). We try the dough to taste, if not salty enough, salt.
