Zemitas (Poblana) – a popular Mexican street food originally from the city of Puebla. A sandwich is traditionally made from a cementitious bun. Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 Tsemitas bun (or a sesame bun, or another bun with high fat)
- 1/4 Art. ragged pork
- 1 tbsp. l adobo sauce
- 2 chipotle peppers (sliced into strips)
- Half a small avocado (sliced into thin slices)
- 4 cups of tomato
- 1/4 Art. Oaxaca cheese (sliced or torn into pieces)
- 1 tbsp. l chopped Bolivian coriander or cilantro

Recipe preparation:
- To begin with a serrated knife, cut the bun on the side in half. Using the back of the spoon, push the crumb of the bun to recesses formed for the rest of the sandwich ingredients.
- Spread on each half rolls, 5 tbsp. l adobo sauce, and then put on top half of the whole chipotle pepper.
- Put meat on the lower half of the bun, and cilantro on the upper half, Oaxaca cheese, mugs of tomato and sliced avocado. Close the sandwich and wrap tightly in paper. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
