I suggest cooking at home delicious zucchini in garlic sauce for the winter! Zucchini is obtained incredibly fragrant and can serve as an excellent snack.

  1. Peel the zucchini. Cut into cubes.
  2. Add the garlic, passed through the press. Add sugar with salt, as well as sunflower oil.
  3. Mix well and leave alone for half an hour. In it boil water for a while.
  4. We spread the zucchini in a jar, pour boiling water. We cover cover (metal), sterilize for about twenty minutes. Roll up the jar and turn upside down. Leave alone until complete cooling.
