Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/4 Art. red or white dry wine from grape varieties Fiano, for example, from the Italian province of Avellino
- 3/4 Art. warm water
- 42 gr fresh yeast
- 1 tbsp. l honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp. l olive oil, plus another 1 tbsp. l
- 3.5 tbsp. premium flour

Recipe preparation:
- Pour wine, water and put yeast into a large bowl. Stir until the yeast dissolves. Add honey, salt and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well. Add more a tablespoon of flour and mix with a wooden spoon until formed batter. Add another 2 tbsp. flour and mix for 2-3 minutes. with a wooden spoon to make as much flour as possible.
- Blind the dough with your hands and put it on a floured board or marble surface. Knead for 6-8 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and tight. Put in a clean, lightly oiled a bowl using the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, and cover with a towel. Let go in the warmest part of the kitchen in for 45 min. For portioned pizza or calzone, cut the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll circles. For one big pizza roll out 1 big circle. Let stand for 15 minutes.
