  1. Peel and peel avocados. Coarsely chop and drizzle with lemon juice.
  2. In a bowl, mix rice, avocado, beans, finely chopped green onions and chopped coarsely radishes.
  3. Season with a mixture of olive oil + chili flakes + lemon juice + salt. Add the salad, mix and serve.
  4. For serving, you can decorate with pine nuts.
