- Lubricate the pan with vegetable oil (1 tbsp), spread white bread (it is better to use already sliced store bread) on preheated pan and fry on both sides on a slow the fire.
- Meanwhile, while the bread is fried, pour into a deep bowl vegetable oil (100 ml), add dried garlic (1/2 tbsp), Italian herbs (1 tbsp) (instead of Italian herbs you can use any dried herbs you love), garlic, passed through a press (3 cloves).
- Put bread on parchment paper or paper towels (to absorb excess oil), grease the bread with the resulting sauce for croutons. Bon appetit.
