Watermelon and arugula salad can be a great appetizer, from which On a hot summer day, hardly anyone will refuse. For the foundation of the “pizza” slice a watermelon disk into triangles and assemble them in a circle. Top with arugula, cherry tomatoes and crumbled feta and sprinkle with balsamic sauce. You can cook it yourself by boiling balsamic vinegar with sugar. Take a slice of watermelon pizzas and enjoy the juiciness and delicious flavors salad combinations that give it a sweet watermelon, bitter arugula, salty feta and tart balsamic.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 large pitted watermelon
- 0.5 tbsp. arugula
- 1/4 Art. crumbled feta
- 1/4 Art. thinly chopped red onions
- 1/4 Art. cut cherry tomatoes in half
- 1/4 Art. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. l Sahara

Recipe preparation:
- Dressing: in a small saucepan, mix balsamic vinegar and sugar. Simmer on moderate heat until mixture evaporated by half and will not thicken.
- Cut a 2 cm thick disc from the middle of the watermelon and cut peel. Cut the disk into 6 pieces (wedges) and then assemble wedges back in a circle.
- Spread arugula, feta, red onion and tomatoes evenly cherry on slices of watermelon. Sprinkle with balsamic dressing.
