Recipe preparation:
- In a blender bowl, mix watermelon, sugar and vodka. Grind to homogeneous mass. Add the mint and chop again. Overfill the resulting mixture into ice cream molds, insert the wooden sticks 5 cm deep. Freeze for at least 10 hours or all night.
- To release the sorbet from the mold, lower it for 5 to 10 seconds into hot water. Serve immediately. Note For cooking non-alcoholic sorbet replace vodka with the same amount orange juice.
