Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 tbsp. peeled watermelon pulp finely chopped
- 1 seedless jalapeno, finely chopped
- 1 seedless diced cucumber, diced
- 1 mango, peeled, diced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 8 basil leaves, finely chopped
- 1.5 tsp lime zest (from one lime)
- 1/4 Art. freshly squeezed lime juice (from about 3 limes)
- 1 tbsp. l Sahara
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- Wheat or corn chips, for serving

Recipe preparation:
- In a bowl, combine lime zest, lime juice, sugar, and 3/4 tsp. black pepper. Add the pulp of watermelon, cucumber, mango, jalapeno, onion, basil and mix gently. Cool salsa and serve on the table. Salt the sauce just before serving. To the table serve with chips.
