  1. We wash the duck legs, sprinkle with salt, rosemary, ground pepper and spread in hot oil (3 tablespoons).

  2. Fry from 2 sides on medium heat for 15 minutes and share hot meat in fibers into medium pieces.

  3. While the legs are fried, we clean the pomegranates, leaves of spinach, lettuce and rinse the mint and put it on a towel to dry. Cheese Feta divided by fingers into small pieces, pine nuts slightly fry in a pan without oil.

  4. On a large plate, spread the leaves of spinach, lettuce, mint and mix. Add the prepared duck meat on top, sprinkle pomegranate seeds, pine nuts and cheese.
