Recipe preparation:
- Cut the lobster meat into large 2 cm cubes. In a pan with a diameter of 25 cm. over moderate heat, heat 3 tbsp. l (45 gr.) butter. Add lobster meat, celery, 1 tsp. salt and 0.5 tsp pepper and fry, stirring, 2-3 minutes, until everything warms up. Remove from heat, sprinkle lobster with dill, parsley and drip with half the lemon juice. Mix well.
- Meanwhile, pan 30 cm in diameter. Heat the remaining 2 Art. l (30 gr.) Butter until the butter sizzles. Put buns in a pan on their sides (you fry outside, not inside) and fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side until they are browned.
- Put the buns sliced up on the dish. Spread evenly into each bun mix lobster and sprinkle with dill, salt and sprinkle the remaining lemon juice. Serve sandwiches immediately while the filling is hot and the buns are crispy.
