  1. Coconut pulp must be broken into small pieces or chop.
  2. Place the chopped coconut in a blender. Pour water into it and turn it all into coconut puree.
  3. Pour milk into a deep stewpan and add sugar, put on slow fire. Add coconut puree to sweet milk.
  4. Pour ground cardamom seeds into the mixture and bring it to boil, as soon as the mixture begins to bubble, you must remove it from cooker and leave to infuse for 20 minutes.
  5. Strain the liquid through a sieve, and then beat it in a blender. The foamy cocktail is ready!
  6. Preheat the cocktail if you plan to serve it hot.
