Cooking Hot Dog Sausages
Cook sausages on a hot, greased grate by turning, until fry, about 5 minutes. Or boil in boiling water or beer, 4-6 minutes.
Cooking Chili Sauce
Mix 450 gr. ground beef, 0.5 grated onion, 1 tbsp. tomato sauce and 170 gr. tomato paste in a large saucepan. Add 1 tbsp. l chili powder and sugar, 0.75 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp pepper and garlic salt and 1 tbsp. mix water. Add 1 bay leaf, then close and simmer slowly over medium heat, until thickened, about 2 hours. Stir in 0.5 tsp. white wine vinegar and cook for another 30 minutes. Remove the bay leaf.
