Vietnamese Ban Mi Sandwich with Fish

This dish is made from leftover mahi mahi fish salad with красным кари по-тайски. Photo Vietnam Sandwich Time: 20 мин.Difficulty: easy. Quantity: 2 sandwiches. Recipes used. volumetric containers: one cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/2 cut into 2 parts baguette or ciabatta rolls
  • 1 tbsp. l melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise
  • 2 cut lengthwise and cut into pieces of 5 cm. Stem green onions
  • 1/2 coarsely grated or chopped thin strips of carrots
  • 1/2 chopped Kirby cucumber
  • 1 tbsp. l remaining Asian salad dressing
  • 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro or mint
  • 1/2 bunch watercress (remove solid stems)
  • Asian chili sauce (optional)
  • 2 remaining mahi mahi fillet cooked according to the recipe Salad from mahi-mahi with red curry in Thai ”

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the broiler to a high temperature. Cut the baguette or rolls in half lengthwise and grease each half with small amount of butter. Grill lightly under for about 2 minutes.
  2. Remove the bread from the oven and spread all the halves with mayonnaise. Stir green onions, carrots and cucumber with dressing. Put on sandwich fish, vegetables, herbs, watercress and chili sauce (po desire).
