Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr halved slices of green tomatoes
  • 1 chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 sliced zucchini zucchini slices the size

  • 1 jalapeno chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar (read)
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar

Recipe preparation:

  1. Prepare vegetables, add 1/2 tbsp. salt and leave overnight. Drain the juice and put the vegetables in a heatproof bowl. Put the remaining ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil. Pour the marinade over the vegetables and let them cool. Refrigerate and serve if necessary. Can be stored for up to 2 weeks.
