Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr halved slices of green tomatoes
- 1 chopped green bell pepper
- 2 sliced zucchini zucchini slices the size
- 1 halved and thinly sliced onions Luke
- 1 jalapeno chopped
- 1/2 tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar (read)
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 tsp carnation buds
- 1/2 tsp peppercorns black pepper
- 2 tbsp. l salt

Recipe preparation:
- Prepare vegetables, add 1/2 tbsp. salt and leave overnight. Drain the juice and put the vegetables in a heatproof bowl. Put the remaining ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil. Pour the marinade over the vegetables and let them cool. Refrigerate and serve if necessary. Can be stored for up to 2 weeks.
