Truffles
- 2/3 Art. cashew cream recipe see below
- 340 gr cocoa vegan chocolate granules 41%
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 orange medium zest
- Sprinkling options: Finely chopped pistachios, cocoa powder, vegan chocolate chips, chopped candied ginger
Cashew Cream
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 tbsp. raw cashew nuts
Recipes with similar ingredients: cashews, chocolate chips (granules), agave nectar, vanilla extract, orange zest, pistachios, cocoa, candied fruit
Recipe preparation:
- Cover the pan with parchment paper. In a medium bowl size mix cashew cream and chocolate granules. Put bowl into a pot of slowly boiling hot water. Stir from time to time until melting chocolate and forming a uniform mass for about 2 minutes Remove the pan from the heat and stir agave syrup, vanilla extract and orange zest. Keep the mixture in the refrigerator until solidified, it will take approximately 1 hour.
- Using a small ice cream spoon or round scoop lodges of 1 tbsp. l put the mixture on the prepared pan. With wet hands, roll the balls out of it and return them back to a baking sheet. Keep candies in the refrigerator until they harden for approximately 1 hour. Roll truffles in any of the offered sprinkles and serve.

Cashew Cream
In a small bowl, place the cashew nuts and pour them in water. Leave nuts soaked in water for at least 2 hours or overnight at room temperature.
- Grind cashews with water in a blender at high speed for about 1 min. until creamy homogeneous mass.
Tip
Vegan chocolate granules can be found in health stores food or natural products. The remains of cashew cream can sweeten with agave syrup or sugar and use as topping for baking, ice cream or coffee drinks.
