Vegan Pancakes

Who said delicious pancakes cannot be made without milk and eggs? If you do not consume milk or eggs, or you have them allergies, this is not a reason to refuse to celebrate Shrovetide! Try cooking delicious vegan pancakes at home! In that we use pancakes instead of regular cow’s milk almond, and instead of an egg – a banana and flax seeds.

  1. Grind flax seeds with a coffee grinder.
  2. Pour flax into a bowl, pour 1/4 of almond milk, mix with a whisk.
  3. Knead a banana with a fork. Add to the dairy mixture.
  4. The mixture is added to the sifted flour.
  5. Add water, stirring with a whisk. You can use a blender or mixer.
  6. We bake pancakes in a pancake pan for three minutes on both sides. Serve with agave syrup or berries.
