  1. Rinse turkey meat, cut. Turkey Jelly

  6. Simmer for 4 hours, pouring as needed water, maintaining the desired level. Try the broth for salt if need – to add.
  7. Cool the prepared broth, strain.
  8. Remove the vegetables. Separate meat from bones and skin. Cut on put the pieces into shape. Turkey Jelly

  10. Put the jellied meat in the refrigerator to set for several hours.
