For burgers:
- 1 350 gr. minced turkey (white and dark meat)
- 1 tbsp. l coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp ground paprika
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
For glaze:
- 250 gr orange marmalade with peels
- 1 tbsp. l Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 1/2 tbsp. diced onions
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 chopped jalapeno peppers with seeds
- 1/8 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
For burgers:
- 6 large hamburger buns
- Sliced romaine lettuce, tomato and red onion
- Serving pickles

Recipe preparation:
- Make cutlets: in a small bowl, mix the salt, paprika, pepper and granulated garlic. Form 6 cutlets from minced turkey and sprinkle on both sides with a mixture of spices.
- Cook the icing: Preheat over moderate heat. vegetable oil in a medium pan. Add onion, garlic and jalapenos and sauté for 10 minutes until onion transparent. Add jams, mustard, black pepper and chili powder, cook 2 minutes. Set aside.

- Serve the patties on buns. Top with icing, leaves lettuce, tomato and red onion. Serve salted burgers cucumbers.
