Triple Beef Burgers

Hamburger recipe from the famous chef Guy Fier. Title burgers comes from three English abbreviations “B”, which means Beef (beef), Bacon (bacon), Bourbon (bourbon). These hamburgers consist of grilled beef cutlets, crispy smoked bacon, smoked cheddar cheese and sweet sauce with bourbon. Difficulty: Easy Servings: 6 The recipes use measuring containers with a volume of: one cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

For burgers:

  • 900 gr. top quality beef shoulder meat
  • 6 freshly baked buns, fried and buttered
  • 6 thick slices of smoked cheddar cheese
  • 12 slices of thickly chopped smoked bacon fried until crisp
  • Salt, pepper and garlic salt

For sweet bourbon sauce:

  • 1 tsp chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/4 Art. corn starch
  • 1/4 Art. powdered sugar
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3/4 Art. bourbon
  • 2 tbsp. l soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. l Worcester sauce
  • 2 tbsp. l maple syrup
  • 1/3 Art. sesame oil
  • 2.5 tbsp. l balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp. granulated sugar

Recipe preparation:

  1. Make the sauce: in a bowl, mix the corn starch, icing sugar, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper. Big put the stewpan on a slow fire and mix bourbon in it, 1 Art. water, soy sauce, Worcester sauce, maple syrup, sesame seeds oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, garlic, onions, tabasco, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Boost the fire, give the mixture boil, then slowly add the dry mixture to the liquid, while stirring vigorously. When the mixture is thoroughly mixed, cook another 1 minute. Turn off the fire.
  2. Preheat grill to moderate heat. Can be used grill pan.
  3. Prepare the burgers: form 6 meatballs from the minced meat. Lightly salt, pepper and season with garlic salt. Fry cutlets on each side for 4-5 minutes to an average degree of frying. Put 2 strips of bacon on each cutlet. For each cutlet with put bacon on a thick slice of smoked cheese and give it melt. Put the cutlets into buns. Pour over generously sauce on top with bourbon.
