  1. Let’s make the sauce. In a blender bowl, mix dill, cilantro and parsley. Pour in yogurt, salt and pepper. Grind blender, pour into a saucepan.
  2. In a bowl, mix kefir with sugar, salt, soda and mix.
  3. Grate cheese on a coarse grater, add to kefir.
  4. Stir in the flour, knead the dough.
  5. Divide the dough into several pieces, form small balloons.
  6. Pour flour on the table, roll the balls into enough thin cakes.
  7. In a frying pan heated with butter, fry the cakes on both sides until rosy.
  8. Serve with the sauce.
