  1. We spread washed tomatoes in clean jars.
  2. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and cover the jars with lids.
  3. Now we make tomato juice. It can be done in different ways: wipe through a sieve, squeeze in a juicer or grind in a blender. To get 1.5 liters of tomato juice, it will take about 2 kg of tomatoes.
  4. Add sugar, salt and spices to the juice. Put on the stove and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Now drain the water from the cans and fill the tomatoes with hot juice. Roll jars with lids.
  6. Tomatoes will be ready for use in a couple of months. You can store our workpiece at room temperature.
