- We select ripe and fleshy tomatoes, scald them with boiling water, and after that we will douse with cold water. We do this in order to it was easy to remove the peel.
- Cut the tomatoes into fours. We crush them up to formation of a homogeneous mass.
- Now we need to pour the whole mass into the pan and over medium heat boil.
- Wash the basil, pour the leaves with boiling water. Fold the cloves garlic and basil in a blender bowl. Grind until puree condition.
- After boiling the mass of tomatoes, reduce the fire. Add pepper, salt, sugar. We will cook our sauce 40 minutes before it full thickening. Add garlic and basil, mix well. We will cook to cook the sauce for another 7 minutes. Wolem vinegar and more 3 minutes boil the mass.
- Pour hot sauce into a dry sterile jar, filling it until edges. Roll up the jar with an iron clean lid. Jar of sauce leave to cool, covering with a blanket (at least for the night).
- Preservation must be stored in the refrigerator.
