- My tomatoes and remove the stalks and spoiled places.
- Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts and put in a pan. There we send a chopped onion, pour water, put on cooker and bring to a boil.
- After reducing the heat, simmer for about 15 minutes, until the tomatoes are quite soft.
- When the mass of tomatoes has cooled, grind it through a sieve. Skins are safely discarded.
- Put the paste on the fire again, simmer until it is 5 time. Do not forget to mix all the time so that it does not burn. Add salt, sugar.
- Pour vinegar and immediately pour the paste into sterilized banks, roll them up.
- Turn the jars over and wrap them in a blanket until full cooling down.
