  1. Blanch the tomatoes and peel them. Chop coarsely and put in a pan with a thick bottom. Tomato Chutney
  2. Peel the apples from the skin, cut into 6 parts and remove the core.
  3. Cut the onion into 8 parts. Tomato Chutney
  4. Add chopped chili peppers, raisins, apples, onions to tomatoes and sugar. Season with grated ginger and salt. Bring to a boil and cook by stirring until sugar is completely dissolved.
  5. Reduce the fire to a minimum. Add vinegar and boil 40 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  6. We transfer the finished chutney to a jar and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy your meal!
