Recipe preparation:

  1. In a food processor, beat mascarpone with powdered sugar until obtaining a homogeneous cream mixture. Add espresso and whisk the mixture to a creamy paste. If it’s too tight add some more espresso. Melt the chocolate chips on water bath.
