Wash, dry the cabbage. Chop as thin as possible.

Peel and grate carrots.

Mix carrots with cabbage, gently knead to appear the juice.

Boil water, dissolve salt and sugar in it.

Transfer cabbage with carrots into a three-liter jar, condense and pour boiling brine.
